DIY Caddy

Turn trash into treasure with this super simple caddy.

  

 

 

Items to Gather:

• Empty drink mix containers (toilet paper and paper towel tubes work also)
• Colored paper
• tape
• hot glue gun and glue
• ribbon

Instructions:

Step 1: Cut the colored paper of your choice to the dimensions of the container you are using.  For the drink mix containers, the dimensions were 6-1/2" by 8-1/2". 
 

Step 2: Using tape, cover the containers with decorative paper.

Step 3: Hot glue each container.  Gluing the cans together at the seams will help the paper itself stay in place, leaving the seams unexposed.  

Step 4: After gluing all containers together create a handle using ribbon or a handle from an old used gift bag.  Hot glue the handle to the inside of the caddy.

Step 5: Last, add a decorative ribbon around the outside of the caddy and fill with goodies!

 

Other Tips/Suggestions:

Place labels on the outside of each container.
