Items to Gather:
- construction paper (yellow and pink)
- glue
- clear vellum (found at craft stores)
- laminator (optional)
- Writing Process labels
Instructions:
Step 1: Print Writing Process labels from Google Doc.
Step 2: Glue yellow and pink construction paper together creating a pencil look (trim if desired).
Step 5: Laminate to increase durability.
Good luck and enjoy!

This is a fantastic idea. No more having to stop and ask kids individually where they are in the process, which takes time out of each writing session.
ReplyDeleteThanks! It definitely is a time saver! It has been working great in our classroom!
DeleteWhat is included in the "writer's checklist" mentioned in the Edit section? I would love to use this in my classroom.
